· Size charts are available on product pages to help customers choose more accurately before ordering.

· Personalized items, customized jerseys, and promotional gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

· Orders with custom names, numbers, or patches cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless there is a confirmed defect or fulfillment error.

· We do not accept items that show signs of use, misuse, damage caused after delivery, or requests submitted outside the return period.

· Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Gelanviso Shop is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Return Shipping Cost
· If the return is due to a customer error (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
· If the return is due to a Gelanviso Shop error—such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item—we will cover the return shipping.

Refund

If a refund is approved:

· refund review and approval may take up to 5-7 business days

· The refund amount only includes the value of the product and does not include shipping costs.
· Example: If you buy a shirt from our store for $20 and the shipping fee is $5, the refund amount will be $20.
· If you buy a shirt from our store for $20 and get free shipping, the refund amount will be $20.
